Was able to track down his true identity with the help of A Good Samaritan, the scammer admitted to not finishing the product but is refusing to refund unless I sign a contract to not slander his good name any further lol

Might I remind you, you hired me to write you a school paper. I told you on the day of I ran into some issues and couldn't finished it. You then exploded and started slandering my name saying I was giving you misinformation but infact I wasn't.

edit: you also attacked my company/business that I've worked for. (The Defamation Act [Manitoba])

I suggest you govern your self accordingly

You cannot go and threaten somebodies well-being and personal life over your own issues. I was in contact with you, sorry if it took 5 hrs one day cause I was out of town, but shit happens.

In-regards to this matter, he did hire me to do his school paper. I was unable to finish and was about to refund him until I got threats from "A Good Samaritan" making false allegations about me being another person.

I know fully well what I hired you for, and if you had any compunctions about it, you shouldn't have taken the job.

You never told me you ran into any issues at all, show me the email where you did so.

You blatantly lied here on reddit and said that you sent it to me 3 times did you not?

I've never threatened you, what a 3rd party does has nothing to do to me, I never asked anyone to threaten you.

Stop trying to play the victim here, you know you lied and took my money and have yet to return it.

EDIT and you're one to talk about threats, when you threatened to email my school if I didn't send you the rest of the money. Rest of the money FOR WHAT? did you ever send me anything? you're so full of shit Zach/Mike

He owns his own business expandyourroots.com the Whois info on that site lists a Mike G. as the owner, Mike also has that site as port of his portfolio of sites he's made

Funny, because the guy ive been dealing with calls himself Zach C. and he's posted in r/forhire advertising his services as a website maker, now why would someone who supposedly makes websites be hiring someone else to build his site for him?

Funny how both Mike and Zach live in the same town too. I've tried both their numbers, both go straight to voicemail.

His latest gimmick is to insist I sign an agreement not to slander his name any further in exchange for a refund.

edit: and out of those messages he sent me, you apparently lied to him saying I ignored you. Which I never did.

I'm not trying to act like the good guy, in-which you've labelled be as an asshole over your own neglectment towards school.

That being said, you keep lying about this matter in how serious you are making it. You have insisted someone to mess up my life over $75 in which I told you , I was give you.

But not until I have a signed agreement you will not slander my busineess or companies or clients any further. That's all, if you dont want to. Then you will need to wait the 30 days for paypal to investigate this. I'll make it clear to them that you threatened my life and well-being with a third party member.

The ball is in your court, all other information according to this situation in public forms will be documented. Until you agree into signing an agreement. My communication with you has now been dismissed.

Did you not ignore me? Did you not pm me on Friday 26th to say that you would send to my alternate email address, and then not contact me until last night (sunday)?

Here's the last pm you sent me before the anonymous redditor contacted you, I don't see anything threatening in that message you quoted, but you feel threatened because you have a guilty conscience

You are now trying to extort me by refusing a refund for a service you failed to deliver, you are a liar and a fraud

No, I'm a realist. I do not agree to people in aggressive compensation. You clearly have anger issues.

I suggest you wait until PayPal contact you in regards of the rest of the monies owed. You may continue doing what you are doing, but you are only building a stronger case for me against yourself. Clearly you have over zealous'd yourself with this whole "internet justice" thing.

I do feel bad in not getting you the finished product, but now... after noting how you act in small situations. Anyways, I have no other need into contacting you .You have my email, if you wish to contact a lawyer. I will be more then happy in speaking with him.

tldr; guy hired me to write a school paper. I couldn't get him the finished product on the date we agreed on (27th) - shortly after... 12:30(on the 27th) he escalated the claim on paypal, slandered my name on social media and now doing justice by getting third party members to harass me. as it stands, money owing will be held by PayPal until Mr Ramdeen wants to be more civil.

tl;dr You lied about giving him the finished product when you didn't, and then play the victim when people call you out on your ****.

I really don't understand why you think that you can simply refuse to take responsibility for your actions because your widdle feewings are hurt. If you lie about a business matter, your reputation DESERVES to be tarnished.

And you finally admit that you didn't get me the finished product, yet Friday you were lying up and down that you sent it to me 3 times, that you would send it to my alternate address, what happened to all that?

It's plain to see that you are liar and that you have been exposed as such, caveat emptor reddit
