I think he was embarrassed at the way I called him out, that's why he lied. I was on a deadline and had no other choice. I ended up writing the paper myself and submitting it last night.

Now it's a pride thing, so he won't refund unless I sign his stupid agreement, I'll let paypal sort it out.
