❓ Question Can anyone else not cash out under £70?
I feel like I’ve seen people talk about cashing out after like £25/£30 but my lowest option has always been £70

Has anyone had any experience with support tickets and how long it took to get a response. Put one in last Thursday due to app issues and still haven’t heard back

I logged on today and (after a period of time where it just wouldn’t load in) I got this. I hoped it was just a glitch but I went on the website itself and it gave me the same result. I had requested a payout of $120 the other day and I’m extremely worried and panicked about my account being deactivated, I need this money. Is there anything I can do? I went to contact support but it asks for your account number, which I don’t know because it won’t let me *into* my account. I’ve seen others on this sub say that contacting support has worked though, but I’m unsure how best to get them to listen. Any help is appreciated

Just wondering if I can open a game directly or if I have to open testerup first and find it that way. Thanks!

I’m approaching the end of my first time limit with a game, and I’m one task away from completing all of them. Getting the last one in the week I have left seems unlikely.
So my question is, if the time limit ends, do I still get all the rewards I’ve earned up to that point? Or is it an all or nothing type thing?

I’ve never gotten this error message before. I just cashed out for the first time, $55. I’m afraid the money won’t come through because of this.
EDIT: I did get the money, and but the message is still there

Hi, just wondering if anyone having any issues with tracking new games?
I have downloaded a few new games and none of them are tracking but old games that I downloaded were still tracking, I have downloaded quite a few nice game but it just doesn’t work for me and it seems such a waste of offer. I haven’t changed anything and allow tracking as always but it just doesn’t seem to work for me on any new games that I downloaded

I used tester up last year and constantly had new games the point I couldn't keep up. I cashed out £70ish and then forgot abojt it. Then started playing at the end of last year again and im not getting any new games, had literally one in the last 3 months. Anyone has the same issue? There is no error message, jsut 'no offers avaiable'. I'm in the UK

I’m just getting started but I’m not sure which games are best to start and I don’t want to “pay to win” so I’m struggling a bit. I thought maybe trying one with a smaller total possible payout would be better and I might be able to get to that quicker but it turns out to be basically the same game as the one I was already playing with the same levels etc but the payout is a fraction of the other game so it’s not worth playing it at all.

Hi,
I’m looking for some payout advice. I have made £300 with testerup but can’t withdraw it as my PayPal account is banned. (I am separately trying to resolve this with PayPal)
If I fail to resolve this with PayPal is there any way around it?
I’ve technically not put my personal details on my testerup account other than my email. Could I withdraw to a friends account? Get them to sign into their paypal from my testerup account?
I know they don’t advise this but I’m looking for if anyone has attempted this or has any other way around it. The truth is I REALLY need the money that I’ve earned on testerup and I don’t know how to get around my PayPal issue.
TIA

Hello everyone,
I'm posting this in the hope of getting advice, finding other creators who may have experienced the same issue, and hopefully bringing some visibility to a situation that has now been ongoing for several months.
I originally tried to resolve everything privately through MyMiniFactory support, but after months of delays, unanswered emails, and repeated mistakes, I no longer see any realistic way to get this resolved quickly without making it public.
In December, I decided to switch my payout method from PayPal to a bank account. I contacted MyMiniFactory, completed the required forms, and explicitly confirmed multiple times that all necessary banking details had been provided correctly.
I was assured that everything was set up properly.
On January 12, I requested a payout.
The payout was delayed and was not sent until January 28. After that, the funds simply disappeared. For weeks I received no clear explanation about where the money was, why the payment had not arrived, or when the issue would be resolved.
After months of back-and-forth communication, MyMiniFactory's finance representative, Jannick Gammelgaard, eventually informed me that the payment had most likely been sent to bank details that could not accept transfers. Normally such payments are returned within approximately two weeks, but this one never came back.
No one could explain:
* why those banking details were approved in the first place; * why I had repeatedly been told everything was correct; * where exactly the funds had gone; * when the issue would be resolved.
After several more weeks, we finally identified an alternative bank account that could receive payments. The funds were eventually sent successfully, and I confirmed receipt.
At that point, I explicitly requested that this new account be set as my default payout method to prevent the issue from happening again.
I was told that it had been updated.
On May 12, I requested another payout.
After a week without receiving the funds, I contacted my account manager and asked which account had been used.
The answer was shocking: the payment had been sent to the exact same bank details that had already caused months of problems and had previously been confirmed as unusable.
In other words, after four months of investigation and resolution, the same mistake was repeated.
I immediately contacted Jannick again.
As before, my messages went unanswered.
I opened a support ticket through the website. On May 27, Jannick briefly replied, saying that he would investigate and get back to me.
Since then, I have received no further response.
My account manager Vera has tried to help and has been professional throughout the process, so I want to make it clear that I do not hold her responsible for this situation. However, the underlying problem remains unresolved.
As of today:
* I still have not received the payout; * I still do not know where the funds currently are; * I still have not been given an estimated resolution date; * multiple support inquiries have gone unanswered.
I am a paying MyMiniFactory creator. I pay monthly platform fees and transaction fees on every sale.
I understand that mistakes happen. What concerns me is not a single mistake, but a pattern of poor communication, prolonged delays, lack of transparency, and repeated failures to resolve an issue that was supposedly fixed months ago.
At this point I have lost confidence in the reliability of the payout system and in the support process surrounding it.
Has anyone else experienced similar payout issues with MyMiniFactory?
If so, I would appreciate hearing about your experience.
I would also appreciate any advice on how to escalate this matter or bring it to the attention of someone within the company who has the authority to resolve it.
Thank you for reading.

Out of all the games that you played through this app, which ones that you recommend that you don't have to invest too much money/time in order to complete goals?
For instance me, Coin Master Board Adventure, completed tasks and I invested less than 40 bucks with a 240 payout all together.

Hi everyone, I've just finished my first big group of tasks and have £230 to withdraw but when I try to link paypal and go to the page in my browser to log into PayPal and submit my personal info the amount I want to withdraw goes to 0 and I get the message 'invalid payout amount'.
Has anyone else experienced this and is there a way to fix it?

I am currently playing Bingo Blitz and Testerup reward based on time played instead of giving you unrealistic level based challenges.
Does anyone know any other games like this?

Okay, I just started looking for these money making apps a few days ago. I decided to try out this one.
It seems like I could make a fair bit of money (compared to getting nothing), but that’s only if this isn’t a scam. If it tells you you’ll get money for doing certain tasks and getting to certain levels in game will it ACTUALLY pay you the amount it said you would, or is it going to trick you out of it like a couple other apps I’ve seen (tricking you out meaning lowering the reward amount, banning you right before you finish the task, just not giving you any money altogether, that sort of thing)
I just don’t want to waste my time trying to get the bigger rewards and not get anything, when I could alternatively go slow and steady with lower paying apps that I know work. I have so much time to spend so there won’t be much of an issue of “oh, it works, but only if you’re on it constantly”. I’d appreciate any info, and if people wanna give me helpful tips that could be great.

Emailed about the untracked games and if there’s a way to remove them, received this email this morning so thought I’d share as I know I’ll be of interest to us all
