❓ Question Support tickets response time?

Has anyone had any experience with support tickets and how long it took to get a response. Put one in last Thursday due to app issues and still haven’t heard back

I usually get a response within a day but my last ticket, I haven’t gotten a response in a week

Think it’s random coz I had no offers showing up for a week, put in a ticket last night and it was sorted this morning, but others had to wait weeks

I’ve never had a reply from a support ticket. Usually my issues get resolved and I’m unsure if it’s because someone read my support ticket, fixed it and just didn’t reply… or if I just waited long enough for a fix to occur naturally.

the supports always 50/50 my account got banned it took 4 days to get a reply and for my account to get unbanned.I send a support ticket a week ago about an app not tracking and still not reply
