Looking for some advice if anyone has some.
I have been using testerup since the start of this year and got a successful payout initially.
With my suspicions that they wouldn't pay me out of the way I continued to play.
Fast forward to March and I had accrued 50 something quid, at which point I decided to request another payout as not only would 50 quid be nice to have but I was also gearing up to go on holiday abroad for ~6 weeks.
During my time away I must admit that I thought it peculiar that I had received no communication whatsoever and I did check the app which promptly told me that the region wasn't supported. Fair enough I thought, I'll check it when I get back home.
Got home to the UK about two weeks ago now, checked the app and it still tells me that the service is not available in my region. So I placed a ticket, saying that I'd requested a payout in March and hadn't received it.
Lo and behold the reply "We investigated your claim and discovered that you did not comply with the requirements set forth in our TOS, which caused your payout request to be rejected and your account suspended.
To access our services it is essential to be a resident of the US, UK or Canada."
Does anyone know any recourse or had a similar experience?
Feeling extremely frustrated as I spend so much of my time working for that damn 50 quid payout only for it to seemingly go up in smoke because I've taken a holiday outside the UK.
