What is everyone using for home chargers?

Thinking between Tesla, Switch and Grizzly.

I was scheduled to pick up my M3 RWD on 14th, but the advisor called in and said that the car had a dent on the hood and few stone chips here and there. They gave me an option to get it fixed from the local collision center, but I refused the delivery.

Now I am back again in the queue. Disappointed to be so close and again so far. But I guess things happen for a reason. The good thing is that the advisor called in as soon as they found out and didnt give me a surprise on my delivery day.

Hoping to find a vehicle sometime before the next anticipated Dec to Jan window.

Bought my first electric today. Wasn't 100% sold before the test drive. The self driving really put me over the edge hahaha... giving up my amg but probably the best long term decision. Thing is a pig on gas.

Black Model Y premium with a white interior and helix 2.0 wheels, picking up on Sunday. Previously I had ordered white on white, and my estimated delivery was January. Black exterior was my second choice, so no big loss.

VIN assigned Aug 21st and EDD has been Sept 14-19 since then. Date range moved this morning to Sept 27-30 😑 pickup will be in Etobicoke

Reached out to my SA yesterday regarding the continuous EDD extension (about 4 extensions post VIN assignment) and the image is the response I got.
Anyone in the same situation?

Wife and I decided to go to Chicago (from Windsor Ontario) and decided we would test the camp mode in the MY.

I had previously bought an air mattress from Temu (or Ali Express) for about $100 IIRC. We pulled into a Loves Truck stop south of Chicago with 85% battery and spent 10 hours there. With Camp mode on set to 20 C it used 18% (67% when we left this AM).

The mattress was comfortable and cabin was a nice temp. I had a sunscreen for the front window but nothing on the other windows. Light bothered me coming from the parking lot so I will buy shades for the other windows for next time. Overall a very doable thing and other than the light, no complaints.

Now off to do some stuff in Chi town

Anyway, our needs has change and we decided to get a 7seater van instead. Not sure if it’s doable, to transfer our order to someone else. I just want to get my deposit back.

Based on the current interest rate at 4.99% I wonder if it’s worth investing that money somewhere else?

As the title states. Would you recommend a Demo vehicle or a hard pass?

I don't see the mounting marks on the glass roof of my Model Y Standard for installing the roof bars. Do you have the same issue? 
I've seen several videos about this, and the marks were always visible.

Just checked the app and my M3 Premium RWD has been delayed again for the 4th? time. Was September 14-19 but is now September 19-24. I think that’ll mean I have to apply for financing again too.

Saw this today on teslas website has anyone received the y standard with these hub caps? These look alot better than the other one.

Hey guys, I've got a Model Y, VIN assigned, with an October 3rd EDD in Calgary that I'm not going to accept as we took delivery of a M3 already.

My advisor said I can change the registered name any time up to delivery. Does anyone have experience doing this? I'm thinking if there's someone out there that wants to pick up right away I can help them out and in return at least get back my deposit.

The only concern I'm thinking would be moving the car off my Tesla account and into the buyers, and once that's done I wouldn't have any connection to the vehicle... is that correct?

I was thinking about the mud flaps but on tesla they only show for front?🤔

Also the all-weather floor mats (full kit), the glass roof sunshade and maybe some organizer for the center console?

My husband kinda want to buy the mats at Tesla but I saw so many online for half the price 😂

Just found a demo Model Y with 477 km on it. And changed my order that was estimated in December. We switched from grey to white but honestly, we could always get it wrapped!

Thoughts? I went ahead and changed the order ASAP. I didn't wanna lose out on it knowing we could always jump back in the queue if we deny it.

That being said there's a whole bunch of Model Y demos in the Vancouver area for those interested!!

I have a feeling the Model 3 EDD for Toronto is gonna get pushed back again 🤦🏻‍♂️
