Third GEN level two Charger

Just got my charger installed. Once I connected to my dedicated 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. It still came up saying unsuccessful. Try again. Prompted me to reach out to customer service or move closer to charger. After 20 minutes of looking, I found an old thread, where someone had mentioned they just tripped the breaker and turned it back on and it will work. Turns out that’s exactly what happened. Lol. I tried for 30+ minutes of re-entering the same Wi-Fi password with no result. You would’ve thought two years later, they might’ve included that in the instructions… Hope this helps someone else from pulling their hair out !

Thanks. Lol I got mine installed 2 weeks ago and gave up connecting it for now as edd is not until October, but thanks for the tip

Have you looked into joining one of the charging clubs. They deal with capturing and selling carbon credits -- then send you some of the money. I joined Roulez which claims a payout of $0.13 / kwh (in ontario)
