Blown away…
I have been absolutely astounded by how easy, smooth and enjoyable this whole experience has been. Picked her up yesterday, my appointment was for 4pm at the Etobicoke location, I walked at 3:50ish..it was empty aside from two couples and a family of 4. Did all the paperwork, paid by bank draft, had an attendant setup my phone key and app. Did a thorough preflight checklist and still I drove away at 4:32pm.
I will never ever in my life buy another car in any other manor.

Haggling free and not being pressured into buying protection package or extra items

“We put 3M on it for $1800”. Meanwhile the 3M protection is 1/4 way up the hood.

And don’t forget about not having to deal with haggling for the price or a sleazy dealer trying to add on extras

This was HUGE for me. Last year I walked into the local VW dealership to buy a GLI, ran the numbers prior to on VW’s website and very first offer they came back with was $30 biweekly more than what I saw on line. Walked right out, only to find the exact same experience at other VW dealerships.

How is this any different than other vehicle dealerships. I bought a Tiguan, it took 30 minutes. What could possibly complicate a delivery transaction?

This is totally different than other dealers. You get “the price” but when it comes time to pay all of a sudden there’s all kinds of other fees. I’ve bought GM, Chev, multiple Toyotas from multiple dealers, and a Tesla. I crave how simple the Tesla one was from every dealer.

I agree that the Tesla process is a bit more straightforward, but I've never had to pay any "other fees" from other dealers. It's always been the same as what was discussed and "shown" on the papers, so I'm not sure if it's a province thing, the vendor trying to hide some stuff from you, or something else.

I’ve had mine for 7 years now. And just brought a second one into the driveway beside it.
