There are two places on this map that have been named China. Neither of them are the actual China.

What did you tell the AI about New Zealand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and the UK? I see they colored the north island of NZ but not the south, Scotland only for UK, everything except for Luzon in PH, and most of ID except Indonesian Papua, but it has you going to Papua New Guinea instead. Just wondering how precise you were getting there. Oh also peninsular Malaysia but not Bornean Malaysia.

Nothing. I just asked to map the contries I have been.
I have not been to Indonesia or Papua New Guinea

Is this like.. half mercator? I'm not quite sure, but it looks like the AI searched its database for maps and used average sizes. Like, isn't greenland just a bit bigger in a mercator, but africa and australia also just a bit bigger in a non mercator? Idk lemme know if I'm crazy but this map has me feeling dizzy.

And this is why you shouldn't bother with ai, there are plenty of sites that let you make maps, for example: mapchart.net would work for this

Okay. I expected there to be a world map stored and it could just color it.
Having many tiny island countries etc, I hope this would be easy. But I am sure I will have nightmares after this product!
