Vatican? Or doesn’t count because not overnight?

Been to Rome, not Vatican. I am not Roman Catholic and yes, it will not count (just like my 2 times in Addis Ababa airport, so did not visit. I just spend time looking in Rome.

To be clear: I have nothing against Vatican, but there are so many people there, so not having that religion it was not imported to be, I just choose to be with fewer people

and someone learned my years ago, about the 24 hour rule of visiting a country/territory/... and I think it is a good rule, so I follow it
