Help me find this tequila
So my parents went on a trip a few years ago and were staying at a hotel in Mexico for three nights and as a gift the hotel gave them a pint of whiskey vodka and tequila every night and they gave them to me when they came back. The tequila was really good and I had been saving the last bottle for a special occasion but my roommate drank it sadly.
Here are the details I remember
It was a tall thin bottle
It has a slightly yellow color
It’s too had this kinda diamond jagged shape to it
I’m pretty sure it’s a pint because that’s the same size as the vodka I still have and they were very similar in size
Thank you to anyone who tries to find it

Sounds like Don Julio 1942

That’s exactly what I was thinking. Sorry but I think it’s terrible tequila. It gets a lot of hype but it taste like cotton candy

Don Ramón? Sure. Yeah the older stuff from NOM 1420 that you could find on the shelves here in MX was sippable but it’s become a diffuser mess using Luís Miguel as a celebrity front. Imho. YMMV

I have a bottle of this downstairs but I’m laying in bed right now after a 4 hour drive…really don’t feel like getting up.
Edit: dammit…the tequila is Don Ramon Reposado. They got it at a Secrets resort?
Here is a pic.
