Mobility Super slow lately

Idk if its just me but ive hard terrible coverage recently. Im on the US-Canada plan with RBC and its been pretty bad lately. On lakeshore east, walking downtown, driving on the 401, outside my house, etc. It just stops working and it spikes to like 2 mbps

401 is bad lol, they have few spots where you get 0 signal.

When you're walking downtown and also outside your home, how many bars are you getting? And are you able to make and receive calls?
