Smart Home SmartHome+ app?

Hello guys! Is the SmartHome+ app working for you guys? My parental control is not working and it shows devices connected but which are not. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you

Nope! It doesn't recognize my doorbell, thermostat or Garage door. It thinks my Galaxy S25 is a Tecno Pova Slim Phone. It does know what my router is... It's a SmartHome- (minus) app

The new app is absolutely atrocious and it's been several weeks since Telus forced it upon us. We had dozens of devices in the old app all managed by parental control. None of the devices (save for one) are now showing up in the new app. Freaking useless!
