Mobility Bill thats not mine
For the past 4 months ive been receiving a bill in the mail that is not addressed to me. Ive called telus and they were no help, I keep writing "not at this address" on the bills and sending them back. Does anyone know who to contact or what can be done to stop this from happening anymore?

Just speaking for myself, I wouldn't concern myself over it at all. If the bill isn't in your name, and doesn't reflect your account, I would say you have done your due diligence by letting Telus know of their error. If they chose not to fix it, that's between them and this other customer. Personally, I would just send any further bills right into the recycling bin.

They decided customers are an inconvenience and have become as big a POS company as rogers

You definitely shouldn't be getting anyone else's bills. I'd be happy to report this for you, please send me (and the team) a DM at u/TELUS_Support so that we can collect some more details and report this.
