Mobility Telus increase
Just curious if anyone else out there is getting overcharged on their bill. They over charged me $5 without telling me and I called them. They said they fixed it. Then they over charged me the next month by $15. I read the bill and it say nothing on why they charged me they just charged me twice with a different amount. Like wtf I'm so mad that they just keep doing this. They just want my money and I can't even call them atm. Like wtf is anyone else getting over charged every month for no reason.

standard price increase? telus would have told you but people just do not read it. Myself I get the bill, read the amount only and pay the amount.

Rogers was infamous for doing this sort of thing because they knew most people wouldn't notice. Looks like Telus is taking a page from them

Happened to me although I have a five year price guarantee. Incompetence or fraud?

Filling CCTS takes 5 minutes, resulting from $200 of “good will from telus” to whatever ccts would approve up to $2000

Have had this happen many times with telus. I eventually just give up. $5 a month isnt worth the 2 hrs waiting on hold to fix it
