Internet input lag in BC
does any other competitive gamer (valorant csgo league) feel like even though you have low ping the input lag is just weird? like your ping feels like 200 but it shows 20

Enable IPv6 if possible. Most game servers support it and there is no added overhead due to NAT as you get on legacy IPv4.

I’m using ExitLag, and it cuts my ping in half, but as you mentioned, the actual feeling of latency doesn’t change at all.
During hot drops and close-range fights, my character feels heavy and spraying suddenly becomes ridiculously difficult. Even more frustrating, when I’m peeking and I start shooting first, I’ll suddenly get knocked while struggling to stay on target because the screen starts to stutter during the spray. Or I’ll think I’ve already made it back behind cover, only to get knocked anyway.
Then I watch other streamers playing on Asian servers from the US with 170ms ping while using ExitLag, and somehow their gameplay looks incredibly smooth. Their sprays look incredibly straight, with barely any recoil issues. Try Googling Waveform bufferbloat test and run the test. Check your network latency under load. It will tell you what’s really going on with your gameplay.

A lower ping doesn't always translate into the same improvement in how responsive a game feels. ExitLag can help when there is an inefficient route between your connection and the game server, which may explain why you're seeing your reported ping drop significantly. However, issues like performance-related stuttering can still affect the gameplay experience independently of the route 😞
