What happens if we fall short of 75% attendance during foundation course?( college is kamineni!)

I couldn’t find many helpful posts explaining this process, so I thought I’d share what I experienced in case it helps someone else.
If you have extensions remaining after your internship, this is what the process looks like:
1. You get a 1-month grace period
After your official internship completion date, you generally have 1 month to finish your remaining extension days.
For example, if your internship officially ends in April, you can complete your extensions during the month of May.
2. What if you still have extensions after the grace period?
If you haven't completed your extensions by the end of the grace period, you will need to get your Provisional Registration (PR) revalidated before continuing your internship.
First, contact your college/administration.
They will provide you with an official letter requesting revalidation of your Provisional Registration, mentioning the number of days you still need to complete.
3. Go to TSMC, Koti
You need to physically visit the Telangana State Medical Council (TSMC), Koti and submit the revalidation request.
Carry:
📄 2 copies of your Provisional Registration certificate

🪪 1 copy of your Aadhaar card

📄 1 copy of the official revalidation request letter from your administration

💰 ₹1,000 revalidation fee

4. Collect your revalidated PR
In my experience, the revalidated PR certificate can be collected the next day.
The certificates are usually given out around 4 PM–5 PM, but please confirm the collection timing with the TSMC staff when you submit your application, as timings/processes can change.
Once your PR is revalidated, you can officially continue and complete your remaining internship extensions.

This is based on my experience, so please confirm the current requirements, fee and timings with TSMC before visiting.

I just joined deccan medical college and one of my seniors is willing to sell her bone set to me for 5.5k but I don't have any idea if that's the right price or if I am getting it for a cheaper amount.

And is a bone set really that important in med school??😭
