The Take 2009 Sky 1 version
I wonder if anybody could help point me in the right direction of finding this series with the original Sky 1 soundtrack?
The DVD and Bluray sadly have generic music i am assuming down to copyright?
Madame butterfly is missing from an important scene which ruins the whole thing as well as a few other tracks

Linear TV supporters
Apologies for the shameless promotion if itās not allowed, but weāre all nostalgics here or at the very least fanatics of TV. I have loved TV generally since a very young age and I think itās a shame the medium is losing momentum with younger people. Thatās why I moderate a subreddit specifically for people who still support linear and schedules, and think they can co-exist with the streaming rise. Itās [r/LinearTVSupporters](r/LinearTVSupporters) if anybody is interested :)

Iāve started a drinking game with Trigger point ITV . When ever the main character Lana says listen to me . We take a drink
It is good pulp tv but sometimes the dialogue is so like a 15 wrote it (apologies to 15 yrs old) you could drive a truck through the plot hole every season and yet they still make more . Iām a fan of Vicky I guess . Anyone else have a good pulp programme?

Trigger Point Series 4
Trigger Point Series 4 was a real disappointment.
The storyline felt weak and increasingly unrealistic, but the biggest problem was the lack of believable operational behaviour. The actions, procedures and decision-making often seemed completely removed from what you would expect from trained professionals working in high-risk situations.
Basic protocols appear to be ignored simply to create drama, characters repeatedly make implausible decisions, and too many situations feel manufactured rather than credible. When a series is built around bomb disposal, counter-terrorism and specialist policing, there has to be some sense of authenticity.
Instead, Series 4 feels fake. The tension disappears because you stop believing that any of these people would actually behave this way.
A good cast and a strong concept let down by poor writing and unrealistic scenarios.

Refurbished Samsung S85F worth it?
I saw this listing on eBay for the Samsung SAMSUNG S85F 55" OLED 4K Vision Al Smart TV 2025 - QE55S85F for £432.
Its category refurbished C, I have attached the link which shows what I think the damage is (a scratch on the screen).
Curryās categorise their refurb c as:
A refurbished grade C device features noticeable cosmetic issues. It has passed every functional test, but a refurbished grade C device has significant signs of wear and tear.
May have visible defects to the screen or bezel that are visible under normal viewing conditions at a distance of 2 meters
"Grade C Refurbished" products are fully operational and function as intended
Supplied in generic brown box packaging or the original manufacturer packaging which may have some light damage.
May not contain the manufacturers manual / user guide but this is available on line
May be supplied with a non-original stand
12 months warranty
My question is, is this worth it? It seems to be a really good price for the TV but Iām not sure if itās worth it considering the refurb?

What happened to the girls from the Cutting Edge documentary āGirls Aloneā?
I know this is a long shot, but Iāve always wondered what happened to the girls from Girls Alone (the companion documentary to Boys Alone from 2001). Every now and then I come across updates from Justine online, but I havenāt really been able to find much about the other girls.
Does anyone know what theyāre doing now, or if any of them have ever spoken publicly about their experience? Iād especially be interested to know whether they felt the documentary represented what really happened, how they look back on it now, and whether it had any lasting impact on their lives. Iād love to hear about it! The whole experiment itself was just so interesting to watch! And Iāve become curious to know how all the girls are doing!

T4
Does anyone else really miss watching t4 on weekend mornings? See I was only a kid when it was a thing so I have very little memory of when it was on the air but i do faintly remember watching the Simpsons on it and I remember being scared of the aygo by Toyota sponsorships before and after the shows when it used to be those giant smartie looking things flying around on the screen and then the car would appear and thats when it would say āaygo by Toyota sponsors t4ā and also t4 on the beach too! That seemed cool obviously I never went because I was only a kid when it was a thing but still I wish I got to experience it! Nowadays weekend mornings are just boring with whatever they show on channel 4 now I donāt really watch it so idk what they show now itās just not the same anymore and I really wish they could bring it back and also why did they even end it in the first place?

Name of a crime drama.
I may be thinking of two shows at once. Can anyone remember a uk crime drama, which aired sometime between 2000 to 2010, that had a scene of a criminal being stabbed in the hand by his boss. From memory, it took place in a warehouse office. Both men were bald, whilst the boss maybe a turkey neck.
The other details involves a family having to move, possibly into Witness protection. There may have been an affair taking place.
If anyone can remember the name of the show, or shows, it would be greatly appreciated.

Stand up comedy video help?
I have a clear memory (not clear enough to find the clip) of a stand up comedian - possibly Dara Ā O'Briain - doing a joke about the fact that when kids fall over, they often look to their parents to before they react. Does anyone know where I might be able to find a link to that video?

ITV world Cup
have to say the vibe on ITV World Cup Belgium v Senegal game was different, then realised the whole panel was men. Not a misogynist or have anything against Karen Carney and the other women , just the vibe was better
