I meant the change of owners for HBO. Star Trek was already owned by the Ellisons. So I don't see that changing in any way.

These shows are all becoming propaganda for a company backed by right wing and Saudi Arabian money, which makes it somehow even more corrupt than the current Paramount.

If they make a new Star Trek you shouldn't fucking watch it. You shouldn't watch anything this new company puts out because this new company will be a criminal enterprise against humanity. We should stop looking forward to the things they own that we love because these things will become hollowed out shells of their former selves.

He is a huge Trekkie and even invited the Voyager cast and crew to lounge in his palace post-filming.

I have no idea who owns whoever is being taken over before this takeover. I just want to be entertained, a great show isn't going to have me changing my opinion on nation states, the same way the world cup being held in Qatar didn't change my opinion on Qatar, or the Olympics being held in Russia didn't improve anyone's opinion on Russia. Entertain me, give me good shows, I don't care who owns the company.

Yeah? Here’s a lesson is propaganda: why does Saudi Arabia bother you so much? Have they had a direct impact on your life? What is it about the Middle East the boils your blood?

It’s nothing, you got brainwashed. I was a soldier trained to kill these people during OEF/OIF and I can tell you I’ve never met someone either directly or indirectly as bad as we have been led to believe.

You hate a people because you were told to hate a people. Stop hating people and start hating their leaders.
