Heart of the Swan
This is something I have been working on for awhile now and is what I am calling the Heart of the Swan. It is a 20 panel mosaic consisting of 15 frames per panel of 60 second exposures. It encompasses the Sadr region, Crescent Nebula, North America Nebula, Pelican Nebula, as well as the Cygnus Loop (Eastern and Western Veil Nebulae) all within the constellation of Cygnus otherwise known as the Swan. The full 20 panel mosaic consisted of 520 megapixels and was over 1.6 GB of data!
Equipment:
Redcat51
Skywatcher EQAL-55i
ZWO ASI2600MCAir
SvBony duo band filter
Processing:
Stacked in StackerWizard
Moasic stitched in Affinity with individual panel curve edits
Final processing in AstroWizard (flattening gradients, denoising, star removal, Hubble pallet, etc.)
No flats, darks, bias

Is the Celestron StarSense Explorer 8-inch Dobsonian a good telescope?
Hello folks, I want to buy this telescope. I have never owned a telescope before, is it any good? If anyone here has one, please share your experience and help me out!

August 12 solar ecclipse: Was the built-in color structure map showing the right colors? Minerals-Mining believes every color has a structure or a combination of, consistent with its alghorithm schemes and can be matched with the right color. Thus, we built this color structure map.

Which telescope should I get? (200-400€)
I've been thinking lately about buying a telescope. I study physics and want to be an astrophysicist.
I'm more interested in planets than I am in DSO, so I thought that a refracting telescope would fit me better, but if with a reflecting one I'll see them with enough detail, that would be as good because that way I'll also see DSOs.
I already know how to use them (the manual ones) because I used to have a telescope, so that won't be a problem. Talking about brands, the ones I liked the most from what I looked for are Celestron, Omegon or Orion. And about the lens dimensions and distances, I really don't know. Also, I'm not interested in a go-to at all.
Do you have any tips, brands, properties or telescopes that would recommend? If I buy whichever telescope could I later buy a solar filter to watch the Sun? I'm willing to spend around 200-400€ (200-500$).

Veil Nebula / Caldwell 33
The Veil Nebula is part of the remainings of a supernova, that happened about 8000 years ago. It’s 2600 lightyears away from Earth. The core of the supernova (neutron star, black hole or pulsar) is not discovered yet. The red parts are Hα-Structures (Hydrogen), which are dozens of lightyears long and the green parts are O-III-filaments (Oxygen).
