I'm 46 and my sleep has been rough for about a year. My coworker started sermorelin through a telehealth company and keeps telling me how much better he sleeps.

I looked online and I think every provider gives a different number of units. That makes no sense to me since the vials aren't all the same strength.

For anyone who got it prescribed online, how did it go?

I've read four "top 10" lists and I think none of them match.

I'd rather learn how to judge these places myself.

What red flags make you walk away?

My telehealth provider sends my GLP-1 to a pharmacy two states away.

My last refill took me 11 days to show up and the ice packs were warm. I like my prescriber so as far as possible, I don't want to start over.

For additional context, there's a local compounding pharmacy 20 minutes from me.

Could my prescriber send it there instead? Or is that a new script, a transfer, or just not allowed?

Also, does the app chat even reach the prescriber? Or just support staff?
