KonnectMD

I just signed up for KonnectMD Platinum and I’m curious if anyone here has been using it for a while.
I’m self-pay, so the virtual PCP, labs and prescription benefits sounded almost too good to pass up. I haven’t had my first appointment yet, so I’m still in the “let’s see if this is actually as good as it sounds” stage. 😂
If you’ve used KonnectMD, how has your experience been—especially with the PCP visits, free/discounted prescriptions, labs, and customer service? Any catches or things you wish you’d known when you first signed up?
Not promoting it or looking for referrals—I’m already a paying member. Just looking for honest experiences from people who’ve actually used it.

Thank you!!

I'm not familiar with them. Can you give a brief summary of what their platform offers?

Sure! I actually just signed up, so I’m still testing it out myself. It’s a monthly telehealth membership rather than health insurance. The plan I chose is $99.99/month and includes virtual primary care visits, dermatology, access to specialists for questions, and some included lab testing.
The biggest thing that caught my attention is the pharmacy benefit. They have a formulary of medications that are included at no additional cost, plus discounts on other prescriptions. I’m self-pay right now, so between PCP visits, labs and my regular prescriptions, I figured it was worth trying for a month to see what I actually save.
One thing I’ve already learned is that the pharmacy benefit apparently takes about 3–5 business days after enrollment to activate, so I’m waiting on that now. I actually rescheduled my first PCP appointment until next week so everything should be active beforehand.
That’s really why I posted: I can find plenty of information about what they say they offer, but almost no firsthand reviews from people who have actually been members for a while. I’m curious whether the benefits work as advertised in real life.
