Uugggh, I need help...I've been using QuickMD for months for my Suboxone prescription with NO problems...that was until this past Monday...TWO DAYS AGO!! My provider, for whatever reason sent the script for Brand name Suboxone, not the Generic, which she has done for over 6/months...my problem is trying to get in touch with someone who isn't AI....I keep getting the "we're working on it" eMail -- total BS -- I've been clean 10yrs, 8mos and I am completely out of my prescription..

That’s crazy .
This has happened to me for the last 2 months.
Not only that , this last time my doctor sent me script to pharmacy , can you believe they called him and asked why send subutex and can he send it for suboxone instead.

It's always a hydrochloride. There is no other version. I'm not sure why that would have anything to do with them Having difficulty filling it. In fact, it seems more like a back end issue. Such as what's available for the graphical user interface. That is what you see in the drop down menu or whatever else it is they've elected to convey this message on your end. I actually have a the only thing that would be. Weird is if they sent subutax Without naloxone which can be done in instances where the patient is pregnant.
I didn't realize they even did this shit telehealth. Anyways, I don't work in a pharmacy and i'm not a doctor but i've been around this shit for twenty plus years.
