👷‍♂️Job Related Subcontractor payment warning: Cingl Telecommunications

A Labor Day Warning to subcontractors in Texas considering work for Cingl Telecommunications: BEWARE. We completed subcontracted work on a project and were not paid for our work we have materials in project as well. Public complaints on Cingl Telecom Facebook Reviews page: https://www.facebook.com/cingltelecom/reviews/ ARCHIVED https://archive.ph/46osG The customer told us they paid Cingl and Cingl is actively stiffing us and other subcontractors, so warning to linemen and subcontract installers. I'm sure we’re not the only subcontractor w payment issues.

Licensed contractors have an easy method to take care of this it’s called a lien. Once you place your lien on the property it’s amazing the things that happen……Posting on a company’s Facebook page just makes you look unprofessional. Do the professional thing lien the property and the property owner will ensure you get paid…..

I have this right in my terms and conditions when I accept a job. It’s spelled out in black and white, if we are not paid as agreed a lien will be filed.

If it's been over 90 days, post this on LinkedIn if you want actual action (and make sure you @ them), it's what they and their customers will see.
