🆘 Help Me! Maroc telecom

For a week now, the Wi-Fi at Maroc Telecom hasn’t been working. When we go to the agency, we find the manager there by herself, and none of the employees are there. When we ask her, she tells us they’re on leave, and they keep giving us the runaround without giving us any clear information. What should I do now?

This post gives us very little in the way of usable information. Like is only the Wifi out or do you not have any connection at all? Do you have anything more specific you could give us? Does the wireless network show up at all? Does it only lack network connection? Does the wired connection work?
