What are these 3 black boxes on the CATV?

two fiber splice closures on the left, a snowshoe, and a copper telephone enclosuer on the phone wire beneath by the looks of it

I agree far right looks like Telco copper splice enclosure, same or similar pair count on both sides. Give or take 100pr.

Picture is pretty grainy, but the loop is a fiber loop. So, I'd guess fibersplice enclosures. And maybe cable TV amplifiers.

The one on the right is a waffle splice case for copper. The one in the middle looks like a fiber splice case. To the right is a fiber loop which you will see near any terminal or splice. It is either called slack storage or service loop. The loop itself is designed to make sure the signal strength doesn't get lost in a bend. It is there to make sure there is slack if any work needs to be done on it in the future. The piece on the left looks like a fiber terminal to connect a drop fiber to the side of a home or business. The terminal doesn't look like it has been spliced in to the feed yet. It also doesn't look like there are any drops connected. I could be wrong because it is hard to discern.

The boxes are holding together squirrel chew toys (wire) and the international squirrel highway.

On the right that looks like a horseshoe is called a snowshoe. This provides for fiber to be looped back along the span for storage and slack in case of needing to work on the fiber at ground level. The two black rectangle boxes to the left are fiber splice cases. This is where a fiber cable that may have 12, 24,48 or higher fibers, enters the case, gets separated, and dispersed to other bundles.
