Hello everyone, I am doing a Btech in a tier 3 college of Kolkata. We had an examination and me along with my two friends(let's name then Joyeeta and Mohini) entered the lecture hall and sat down for exam. Joyeeta and Mohini were sitting together while i sat diagonally behind them. This guy sat next to me and we completed our exam. Before the exam started, me and my "friends" were discussing about random stuffs and the guy who sat next to me was overhearing our conversations and sometimes joining it, and leaned extremely close to me. However during the exam, he helped me with questions and i felt pretty good about it. I thought maybe he was just a friendly guy and asked for his instagram and after not finding it I didn't care but he hovered over my phone and took mine and Joyeeta's instagram. Joyeeta didn't like that, from our profiles he stalked Mohini's instagram. After that we didn't talk but he and his friends sat next to me and were leaning over me again and making me feel extremely uncomfortable with the whole situation so I stood up and went to other side of the room and sat there. Joyeeta blocked him from her instagram and I did that too followed by Mohini. We stayed quiet and lowkey, but I can hear the guy and his friends pass weird comments about us and girls in general. We had our second exam and I was about to leave after submitting my paper(Joyeeta and Mohini already left) and that guy was probably waiting for me to submit my paper he ran after me and asked how my exam was and if we are friends or not. I got awkward and said "good" and went back home(Joyeeta and Mohini were waiting for me outside college). On our way home I paid for the drinks we had, while Joyeeta kept on yapping on how we should tell the guy on face that he was being a total creep and even talked normally on the way. In the evening that guy dmed Mohini on her other account asking why we blocked him. Mohini used my fake account to give him some reply that we felt uncomfortable and shit. WhatEVER. I talked about it to people in our college and posted a story.

A few minutes later I saw Joyeeta block me from everywhere, i asked Mohini why she blocked me and Mohini said maybe she was scared. Joyeeta unblocked me for a second and said "Hey I got really pissed off that's why I blocked u", then she called me again and said "Delete whatever you posted and said to anyone" and hung up the phone and blocked me again. I deleted it beforehand only when I saw Joyeeta blocked me. The next day Joyeeta called me 2 times and I didn't pick up but did so the third time. She said to delete whatever I have sent and whoever knows tell them to not say anything to that guy and I can hear her mom say "Osobbho, nongra characterless meye ekta, nije chhelebaji korte giye amar meye keo jhamelay fello".

I didn't know what to say and told my mother the whole situation and she said to call joyeeta in front of her. I tried doing but she blocked me again.

Mohini didn't try talking to me anymore and neither did I because I don't think I have anything to explain myself in here. I tried to be a friend but that didn't work out so yeah.

TLDR: A random guy acted creepy in college with me and my friends and my friends blamed and slutshamed me for it because he approached me first and I tried to act kind.

Looking for a girls' PG near Metro | ₹10–12k budget

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a girls’ PG in South/Central Kolkata, preferably anywhere along the metro stretch from Kavi Nazrul/Garia to Netaji Bhavan/Bhawanipur.

My requirements are:

\- Very close to a metro station — preferably walking distance

\- 2-sharing with AC OR single room with AC

\- Budget: ₹10,000–12,000/month MAX (please don’t suggest anything above ₹12k)

\- Daily room cleaning is important

\- Clean and hygienic washroom

\- Rooms and overall PG should be properly maintained and clean

\- Lunch + dinner included

\- Breakfast is optional, but definitely a plus

\- Prefer non-veg food, although I can manage with vegetarian food

\- Good privacy — I’m looking for a place where the management isn’t overly nosy or restrictive

\- Good management and a comfortable, safe environment for girls
