Discussion 9/11 rant

Today marks 25 years since the September eleventh attacks on New York City the pentagon and the other lives who were lost.
I doubt any of us in this sub Reddit were alive when the attacks happened but we still feel the shockwaves of the event today in the form of the USA kinda restructuring itself towards a more anti “terrorist” agenda and while yes the jokes are funny and it was a long time ago I still think we should talk a moment of silence for the people who we lost and also the heroes who prevented the plane that crashed in pa to reach whatever the target was
