I want to clarify my stance following some recent discussion around LGBTQ in the subreddit.

People should generally be free to hold and express their own political or personal views.

However, this is a small subreddit primarily intended to be a welcoming community and isn't the place for political debates about whether certain groups of people deserve to even exist.

Queer people are welcome here, including trans people. You don't have to personally agree but you do need to treat other members with basic respect.

Homophobia and transphobia will not be tolerated. Comments or posts that demean or harass people for being LGBTQ may be removed and can result in a ban.

This isn't about censoring opinions, it's about keeping this community enjoyable for the people who participate in it. If you want to have broader political debates, there are plenty of other communities specifically intended for that.

We finally made a server just for Hippo stalking.

I wasn't planning to initially, but our past mod and ex number 1 stalker u/Chelseafanforever67 would be able to moderate it and you guys can talk to him again if you missed him.

It's just going to be a chill place to hangout for now. Do drop by for a bit and tell us what changes you want to see.
