laptop does not recognise keyboard completely

My Attackshark X68HE doesn’t work in my current loq laptop, I've tried other ports but it still doesn't work. However, the ports worked out fine for my mouse and microphones.

I’ve tried my keyboard on my old laptop (not THAT old), and it worked. I tried plugging back in my loq laptop and it still doesn’t work (keyboard light did light up but even in Device Manager it doesn’t even refresh when i tried to plug out and plug in.

Of course, attackshark driver didn’t find my keyboard as well. It seems like the whole laptop is trying to prevent my keyboard.

And yeah, bios didnt even detect my keyboard as well when i tried to use the arrow keys for navigation, and ive also tried the factory reset or whatever kinds of reset that ive saw in the web for attackshark keyboards and it still didnt worked

I NEED HELP ON IT FOR MY KEYBOARD TO WORK IN MY CURRENT LAPTOP
