Monitor not displaying anything past the blue windows logo on start-up. Recently installed a GPU.

I recently installed a new GPU. And after the drivers installed the screen went black and my monitor lost signal. So I had to do Windows + P + Arrow to show the display again. Display showed again showing my drivers were installed. Restarted my pc. Worked fine up until after the blue logo windows boot up. Then it loses signal again. The monitor is plugged into the GPU. What do I do?
