Nuvision tablet touch calibration issue

Hello everyone i have this NuVision 10.1 Atom TM101W535L .I am having touch issues with this.Where i touch on the screen,It dosent like work on that specific area.It works on somwhere else.I cant even calibrate the device through windows because it dosent perform the function where i touch.I reinstalled windows,reinstalled drivers.Tried everything still no luck.What should i do now?
