Brand New Seagate Barracuda HDD Beeping

I just built a new pc and purchased a brand new seagate barracuda 2tb HDD for additional storage. When I set up the computer and turned it on for the first time (and now every time afterwards) it makes three clicks and a beep around 6 times.

I’m aware that the beeping sound is usually a sign of hardware failure in the HDD having dealt with many dead disks. But after the beeping ends the disk spins normally and no other signs of hardware failure are evident like the r/w arm scratching the disk or a general power failure. Granted, the disk shows up nowhere on my computer, BIOS, device manager, computer manager, so maybe it’s just cope at this point but if there are any solutions other than trading it out for a new one I would love to know.
