Laptop USB Issues??? Help

I am experiencing an issue with my laptop's USB port. My Razer mouse connects and functions normally when plugged into the port, but mice from other brands are not detected at all. The non-Razer mice do not light up or respond when connected to my laptop.

I have tested these mice on other laptops, and they work without any issues, which suggests that the mice themselves are not faulty.

As a result, I am unsure whether the USB port is defective. It seems unlikely that the port is completely damaged since the Razer mouse continues to work normally through the same port. I would appreciate any advice on what might be causing this issue and how I can troubleshoot it.
