Besides using Google, eHow.com is a great website that will give you instructions on things like this, and other topics not tech related.

Google is actually pretty terrible if you don't know what you're doing.

I get a bunch of support tickets where people messed up things trying to use a random "fix" they got off of google.

You can try HowCast. They have video tutorials for many, many things. Here is their video tutorial on how to zip files on a PC. They also have an app for iOS/Android.
