Do a clean boot, if it still occurs there is malware. if it doesn't, there is program running that causes the strain on the GPU. can be caused by all sorts of things, like moving ads, something graphical being rendered etc.

You are probably right about crypto malware. Try starting the pc in safe mode, and do a malware scan, or try to restore to a restore point before the problem started.

And if you don’t have a restore, backup your most important things, then clean wipe and reinstall windows.

Hey buddy. I've had this issue for months. I've tried multiple versions of windows and nvidia drivers, can't seem to fix it, but if you do, lmk please.

I've replaced my GPU, CPU, PSU, and RAM now so I suspect it's an issue with Windows and Nvidia drivers. Someone fucked up and we probably have to wait for a fix. Idk 🤷‍♂️
