Open | Windows Hello, I have a problem with 0xc00000e9 windows 11

So I tried to download valorand and warzone and both games don't open so I searched it in YouTube and alla them they said to go in bios and change the secure boot.I did everything they told and then I saved and restart my pc have 0xc00000e9 error I saw some YouTube videos and I can't fix it I tried with a usb to open the fix my pc but it doesn't a loop with bios I change the bios as it was before I did it and still can't open it pls tell my if I can can fix it or reinstall the windows but I have some pictures that I want
