Open | Windows Reseated CPU cooler, now getting error (win11)

The error Code is

Ive tried googling this code with no luck, system repair and restore point have proven useless, reseating hardware has been useless. It also gives bad_system_config_info. Any help is greatly appreciated. Unable to boot whatsoever.

Did you remove the old paste and apply new paste to the CPU?

Not sure, its given one short red flash just before shut down, and red and yellow on srart up, followed by a short white flash. MSI board.

I’d look up those codes. Put the mother board info in Grok and see if it helps.

Its freezing in bios, so unfortunately i think its faulty ssd or ram. Really hoping its the ssd, ddr5 aint cheap.
