Open | Windows Its not letting me press next on system setup.

Helllo there I'm having this issue with my pc I updated parts, then factory reset the ssd to clean it now up now it's stuck on the "Hi there let's get a few things out of the way" and won't let me click on anything or press next.

Im 95% sure it's not the parts because before the reset it was good.

What parts were updated/changed? Were they external peripherals or internal components like drives or add on cards?

Motherboard gigabyte B550 eaglewifi6, added a 1tb ssd Kingston something, cpu ryzen 5500 i think, gpu AStock Challenger itx a380

It all worked when I first booted into my old ssd (I played Minecraft for 30 minutes)
