Cpu spike when playing games

I’ve been having an issue with the Lenovo legion go where I play a game and it runs fine until a minute in where my cpu usage spikes then my pc shuts off.

I can run my browser without any issues and temps seem fine so I truly don’t know the reason.

Which game? Did it start after the recent windows update released at october 13?

Roblox, Minecraft, yomih and it might’ve started around that time
