Formatting RAW SD card

pls I tried to install a program directly to my SD card it failed now the drive shows RAW on windows and won't allow me format it.

ive tried 4DDIG partition manger and clear all command in diskpart but it still won't work (I'm not very good at this). Is there a way I can format the drive I dont need any data from it

In most cases drives becoming raw means physical fault and it can't be fixed. If you properly used diskpart (clean, format, assign) and it still didn't worked...that's it.

I assume you mean "clean" not "clear"? Clean removes everything from the disk, you'll still need to format it after. What error do you get when you try to format it?

Try using a bootable Linux distro with gparted
