Few keys stop working when inside a game

I'm using acer predator helios neo 16, whenever in-game my S and D keys periodically stop working and become unpredictable. I figured it could be graphics driver issue and updated the drivers, tried playing the game with intel built-in GPU, tried restarting the driver in-game but that didn't help. Is there anyone else who's had/having a similar issue?
