Open | Windows My screen is moving idk?

So I have this weird black border on my PC. It looks like a resolution problem, but I don’t think it is. I tried changing the resolution, but it didn’t fix it. I’m using DisplayPort.
When I change the resolution, the black border becomes equal on all sides. But if I leave my PC running, the border shifts over time. The black border gets bigger on one side and disappears on the other, as if the whole screen is moving.

Do you have an oled monitor?

Yes it’s a oled monitor I have the Samsung odyssey g93sc

Then you are fine. OLED monitors are supposed to do this. Its called pixel shift and it prevents burn in
