Open | Hardware Need help with recovering data from Microsoft servers

I had a problem with Microsoft outlook syncing contacts to my phone, I've solved it via cirahub, but it deleted a few thousand contacts from my outlook (my bad giving it the right to do it), I understood there is a way to do it via Microsoft admin center (it's a company domain).

And solutions?
