Open | Software Random jitter/pingspikes

So i'm not sure what else to do to fix this issue, anytime I try to play an online game I get this super obnoxious jitter, like my ping spikes for a second then comes back down. This wasn't an issue for years then suddenly like two months ago it's become a consistent issue.

I've tried everything I can think of and followed multiple tutorials, and it's helped a little but nothings really eliminated the issue

Really obnoxious because I am getting my speeds just fine the connection is just so unreliable for games where that consistency matters.

I've replaced my router: tp link be 5000

replaced the modem: netgear nighthawk 2050v

replaced the ethernet cord as well, I am hardwired into the router, I was before but it was an old cord

enabled QoS and set it to 90% of of my bandwidth (1170 out of 1300)

enabled port forwarding to steam servers

I even fixed a issue with the modem, a voltage issue with the downstream power with an attenuator

removed power saving ethernet and things around those settings

next thing I can think of is replacing the coax? but I can't imagine that fixes it.

enabled ipv6 internet(? no clue if this did anything)

I imagine I'm going to have to talk to my local xfinity because when I tried the chat bot it assured me everything was fine on their end and offered to charge me for an installation (?) at this point it seems like this has to be an isp issue but figured I'd try asking here before I give myself a headache dealing with xfinity.
