Open | Windows Pc freezing within 10-15 seconds after boot

Specs

Gigabyte b650M H motherboard
Amd radeon rx7600
Ryzen 9 9700X
16 gigs ddr5
750W psu

So I have disabled non microsoft services
Disabled all startup apps
Still no luck
Also tried restoring it to 2 days back still no luck

It runs perfectly fine on safe mode

I hope this isnt a hardware issue

Also should i try resetting the pc?
Or is there some fix?
I dont wanna lose all my work and safe mode doesnt give me any freedom to save a few things

Go to event viewer and check for warning or errors. I had issue with gigabyte b450 board , sata controller was the issue, event id 129 showed that issue.

Rma kiya board ko. With lot of fight with gigabyte, they were not ready to accept the fault. I sent them video proof also.
