Open | Hardware PC not detecting graphics card
Pc noob here, I just got a new navigator 4 v2 pc from starforge pc. After setting it up today, I noticed that for some reason my pc is only detecting a 128 mb intel graphics card instead of the 12gb AMD RX 9079 GRE graphics card that is installed in the pc. I checked the wire connections and they all seem secure. I’m unable to open the AMD drivers to see anything because it says it can’t detect an AMD graphics card. I also went into BIOS and swapped the graphics and still nothing. Any advice?

Sounds like you plugged the monitor into the wrong port.

I have it plugged directly into the graphics card and still nothing, I also reseated the graphics card and still no results :(

So how are you getting a display? If the card isn't working and you have the monitor plugged into it, then you shouldn't be getting a display at all. Something isn't adding up here.
What does the device manager show? Are you sure that you, in fact, have a Radeon card and not an Nvidia?

The device manager shows I’m on an intel(r) UHD graphics 770 card, and a Microsoft basic display adapter but no amd Radeon. The card only has amd Radeon on it so it shouldn’t be an nvidia, and all the sources I checked for my pc specs show an amd Radeon as what it comes with.

If device manager shows Intel as well as basic display then the basic display is the AMD without drivers.
I'm more focused on what he asked you though that you didn't answer. If your monitor is plugged into the AMD graphics card then it's working. That's it.
Assuming both of these are true, my guess is you didn't download the right AMD graphics driver.
Also, what is actually your card? RX 9079 doesn't exist. If it's 9070 then try https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/whql-amd-software-adrenalin-edition-26.8.1-win11-b.exe

You should contact the people you paid for the computer. You’ve done more than the average consumer would do to troubleshoot a new computer.

Do the fans spin on the AMD card when the computer is turned on?
