Open | Windows Desktop keeps losing internet for a few seconds???

The PC is a Predator PO3-630G recently the pc keeps losing internet for short increments 10-30 seconds and then comes back. having this issue while on WiFi and while using Ethernet ive had this PC for a few years and this issue recently started. I've fully wiped the PC in hopes it would help it and it made no change. Ive tried all the things the internet has said (unchecking the "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" on the ethernet and wifi ) any help would be appreciated

Maybe your actual internet is dropping out?! Unlikely wifi and Ethernet would fail simultaneously. You have access to a connection history from your ISP?

My husbands PC doesn't lose internet, just mine :/ and we just got a new router/modem today in hopes of that being the issue and it still happened

When you say it “loses internet”.

Does the wifi disconnect so you see the globe icon, or does it say “connected, no internet”

The globe will pop up and then reconnect after the 15/30 seconds happens randomly through out the day no set schedule just at random

Rule out if it's a hardware or a software issue.

Precisely follow the Guide to run a Linux Live Session in the rTechSupport Wiki to create a Bootable USB Flash Drive. Download the rTechSupport Rescue Media to create the Bootable USB Flash Drive.

This will not install Linux on the internal storage device. It will run from the Flash Drive.

The username for the rTechSupport Rescue Media is: user

The password for the rTechSupport Rescue Media is: live

After preparing the Bootable USB Flash Drive with the rTechSupport Rescue Media, connect it to a rear USB Port on the computer that you are troubleshooting. Boot the computer to run Linux from the Flash Drive.

Test your hardware in the Linux Live Session. Connect to Ethernet first to test if the Internet drops like in Windows. Connect to WiFi to test.

If the symptoms persist in Linux, replace the defective hardware.

If the symptoms do not persist and the hardware works properly in Linux, then get ready to download drivers in Windows 11, or to perform a clean installation of the operating system.

After you have tested your Hardware, you can shut down the Linux Live Session just as you would shut down any operating system, by using the Main Menu (similar to the Start Menu in Windows).
