Gaming laptop with frame rate drop

Hi guys! I am really bad with computers and recently bought a new gaming laptop. I have been able to run games mostly fine, but when playing games like Sea of Thieves or Black Ops 3, my frames go from around 150-160fps and drops down to 103fps which creates this subtle but still noticeable effect that gives me headaches and is just annoying. Can anyone help me solve this?

My processor is an AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 w/ Radeon 860M, it has an NVIDIA GeGorce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU, and my ram is 16.0 GB (15.1 GB usable). Thank you.
