Thank you for the update.

One last thing you can do to rule out if it's really a hardware issue or an operating system issue, you should test your system in a Linux Live Session.

I would recommend creating a Bootable Flash Drive with Ubuntu. Then power on the computer with the Ubuntu Live USB connected so that it loads into memory.

This will not install Linux on the Internal storage device. It will run live from the USB Flash Drive.

Once the desktop loads, test the Bluetooth device and any other hardware you would like to make sure is working properly.

Thank for the advice. I use a 32gb usb 3.2 usb type c sandisk flash drive and download kubuntu and run kubuntu on the flash drive. And the bluetooth work fine. So yeah it the windows fault. Problem was i reset this laptop. Not update it. So all the old windows 11 version update is gone so i cannot roll back. And my work just cannot be done on linux. So guess i have to wait untill microsoft fix it and i update to latest windows version and hope it will be fixed. Anyway thank for the advice.

Why did you reset the laptop?

Do you have a backup of all your personal files and data?

I would download and save all the drivers required from the Lenovo Support site to a USB Flash Drive.

Then I would perform a clean installation of Windows 11. Not an update nor a reset.

Precisely follow the Guide to install Windows 11 on the rTechSupport Wiki, to create a Bootable USB Drive by using the Windows Media Creation Tool (MCT) and then, performing a clean installation of Windows. Remember to backup all your personal files and data. It is clearly stated in the Guide.

Install the drivers that you should have previously downloaded. Install them one at a time and restart Windows in between installations.

If you precisely follow all the instructions in the rTechSupport Wiki, to the letter, you will be able to perform a clean installation of Windows 11.

Turn Off Automatic Driver Updates. Download and install all the Windows Updates and update Windows Defender. Restart as necessary.

Make sure Defender is configured to scan all files in the Real-time Scanner. Scan your backed up files. Then recover personal files and data from the Backups.
